Hip flexors are either a big topic or not even mentioned in the healthcare world. With the excessive amount of sitting that takes place in our lives it is important to know more about this group of muscles and how they affect your body and the way it moves and opposes gravity. In this video I will show you 2 stretches that will help to loosen and lengthen the Quadriceps and the Iliopsoas. Two muscle groups that work together that can cause a lot of havoc on your back.
