CORRECTIVE EXERCISE AND STRETCHING

When you work with us one on one, we will take you through an extensive postural, range of motion, Core assessment and Functional movement assessment that will give us information about what mobilization, stretches, and exercise that you need to assist your body to heal and become strong. 


Exercise is a method to heal the body and should alway benefit the body. That is why we offer this service to our clients so that it enhances the time you spend with us. 


ASSESSMENT 

The human body is a complex system of systems and only by gaining close knowledge of how these systems are functioning can we be precise in how we create your rehabilitation or wellness programme.


Getting started 

A comprehensive evaluation process is carried out before you can begin your journey at The Centre for Whole Health including:


  • Musculoskeletal Assessment with a CHEK Exercise Coach

  • Bespoke Corrective Exercise programme design 

  • Holistic Lifestyle assessment and 60-minute consultation with a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach and your 4 Doctors Personalised Health Plan Regular re-assessment  

  • Quarterly Musculoskeletal Re-assessment

(e.g. 3 in total for annual package)


COACHING 

  • 1, 2 or 3 x 60-minute Corrective Exercise Coaching sessions every week (5 weeks annual holiday built in to package) 

  • A 30-minute Holistic Lifestyle Coaching session every two months (e.g. 5 in total for annual package)

  • A 30-minute Nutritional Fine-tuning Coaching session every four months (e.g. 2 in total for annual package)


ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

  • Access to our online portal with video clips of your bespoke corrective exercise programme and resource library

  • Your bespoke Corrective Exercise programme updated every 6 to 8 weeks
