Integrative Neurosomatic Therapy (INT), a structurally focused approach to treatment of pain. INT addresses the origin of pain, where traditional medical care too often only focuses on masking the symptom. Pain is manifested because of an underlying cause; merely treating the symptom leaves the cause unresolved.

Treatment Plan

There are three treatment plan options that we start with 4, 8 or 12 sessions options. some individuals depending on the severity of their condition may need more ongoing sessions. But usually these are the amount of session it usually takes to get things calm and under control.

We will also Explain the results of the assessment and explain the plan of action that will we implement to create balance in the body. We also suggest what needs to happen after the session series is complete and how to move forward from the Neurosomatic therapy sessions to corrective exercise and lifestyle coaching.

Futures plan: What needs to happen in between session and after the 4,8,12 sessions? After the 4, 8, 12 NST Integrated Structural Massage therapeutic session a client can choose to improve upon the the work they have received and jump into correction exercise to solidify the NST Integrated Structural Massage sessions. Treatment

  1. Treatment

    1. Cranial

      1. Balance the bone of the cranium. The most mobile bones are the temporal bones and they correlate to the pelvis. By syncing up the cranium with the pelvis this can create lasting relief from pain in the body. Followed by corrective exercise including conditioning the core and Holistic Living will create prolonged relief form pain.

      2. Nasal Decompression

    2. Atlas axis

      1. These 2 little vertebrae probably cause most people issues and they don’t even know they are misaligned. Assessment is done by palpation, weight distribution, and proprioceptive assessments. If need a referral can be made for more extreme cases.

    3. TMJ

      1. Balance the TMJ by massage the muscle of the Jaw and correcting the cranial bone and balancing the axis. It is possible that organ can be contributing to the misalignment, or the pelvis being misaligned which affects the Lovett reactor affecting the righting reflex.

      2. Tongue massage!

    4. Visceral

      1. Ask any functional medicine, Natural path, holistic nutritionist or Chinese medicine practitioner they will tell that all disease/dysfunction can be tract back to how well the digestive system works. In fact many time improving digest can clear most peoples pain and dysfunctions. Visceral massage can have beneficial impact on the digestive system which can improve the digestive process. Visceral massage can also be very helpful in post car accident, pre and post surgical procedure and just to improve function of the organs. An assessment of the organs can be done to identify possible organs that are struggling along with the postural assessment can identify possible organ that are causing postural dysfunction patterns in the body.

      2. All organs except for the prostate

        1. Organ worked through the abdomen and rib cage

    5. Musculoskeletal - The body has 635+ muscle in the body, I utilize Swedish massage technique, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization and stretching in order to address muscle the are over worked either from shortening or lengthened positions.

      1. Cervical

      2. Shoulder
