Is a structural based therapeutic Massage treatment. This therapy focuses on creating alignment with in the muscular skeletal system, through mapping out the body's postural imbalances. Through this we can identify area of tightness in muscles, organs, cranial alignment and atlas axis misalignment. This is the first step in our process in working with client to alievate pain and dysfunction in the body.
Corrective Exercsie Therapy
Taking therapy beyond the table and introducing specific stretching, mobilization, and exercises that maintain the align and correct faulty muscle recruitment patterns. This therapy also includes a thorough assessment that includes core assessment, biomechanics assessment an range of motion. Other assessment will be performed as needs depending on the clients symptoms.
Lifestyle Holistic Health
Addressing lifestyle habits is a integral part of therapy. A nutritional lifestyle assaessment is done to have an understanding of the dificincy and what areas of healthy living needs to be focused on. This is an important step in the process of health and vitality, and is integrated into our therapy creating a holistic health approach.

Pain can be caused by dysfunctional muscles, organs, or connective tissue as a result of injuries or faulty postural or movement patterns.
