We are honored to be back and looking forward to providing the athletes Sports Massage Therapy and Recovery at the SE TEX Masters Fall Classic 2019 event at CrossFit G Bar 3 in Cypress.

We are providing 30 to 90 minute Sports Massage Therapy and Recovery sessions between and after the events.

Sleep- Obtaining 8 hours of sleep overnight helps the body recover and rejuvenate. Getting to bed between 10 -10:30 and waking at 6-6:30 give the body time to recover. From 10pm - 2am your body does physical repair and between 2am - 6am your body does mental repair. So get to bed on time and give your body the sleep it requires to feel good in the morning!
